SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All goods shipped to the UK and Worlwide will be sent via Royal Mail First Class post or Standard Parcels. Postage is calculated automatically at the checkout depending on the size, weight and destination of your order. If you require your items to be posted via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (which require a signature upon arrival) please select it from the shop menu and add it to your basket.
We aim to post all orders within three working days and we will notify any forseeable dealy to the buyer as soon as possible. Please note that we will keep proof of postage for every item sent but we will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in the post or delay in the shipping.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are unhappy with your order please email us at email@example.com within seven days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Please note that we will not issue an exchange or refun for items that have been damaged by you after receipt. You will be responsible for the goods until they reach us. Delivery charges and return shipping costs will not be refundable and are the full responsability of the customer. Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase.
